How much is delivery?

Orders are delivered free of charge, anywhere in mainland UK. Delivery surcharges and extended lead times apply to orders delivered to Northern Ireland, the Scottish Islands, Isle of Man and the Scilly Isles. See our Delivery page for more.

Can I have beer delivered?

You can have beer delivered provided there's also at least six bottles of wine, and you can order beer online. As our delivery service is operated locally, and is free, it is not practical for us to extend this service to deliveries of beer, water or soft drinks on their own as these items are considerably lower in value for the size and weight they take up in our vans.

How are your gifts delivered?

We offer two gift delivery services: smaller 1-6 bottle packs via Named Day, and larger gift packs delivered by our stores. There are full details on our gifts page.

I only want to send one bottle as a gift, can I do this?

You can indeed, Gift Solutions is our special service for sending gifts of less than six bottles. The range is more compact that our in-store range, to ensure an efficient operation. We offer single bottle wine gifts and Champagne gifts.

Can you deliver to my function/wedding venue?

Yes, we can deliver directly to the venue of your event. If you have very specific requirements these should always be discussed in advance with your local store, and we ask that you please give a name of who will be accepting the delivery, along with contact numbers for the venue. You can add any extra details about the order in the special delivery instructions box when ordering online.

I have a corked bottle, can I return it?

Unfortunately cork taint is a naturally occurring and unavoidable problem with a small percentage of bottles. You can bring back any faulty bottle of wine for exchange or refund to the store where you purchased it, or call them and they can arrange the exchange the next time their van is in your area.
